LANCE CONNECTION
Before using the Nebulizer, it is necessary to connect the supplied lance and hose. For this purpose it is necessary to:
- insert one end of the tube into the bayonet coupling on the lance
- insert the other end of the hose into the bayonet coupling on the faucet
FILLING THE PRODUCT
Filling the reservoir with the product to be sprayed is done through the filling cap
Before opening the cap it is necessary to:
- check through the pressure gauge that the tank is NOT under pressure, if not, open the "air inlet" tap and let
completely exhaust the air contained in the tank
- unscrew the "loading cap" and introduce the product to be sprayed using the funnel provided
- screw on the loading cap, taking care to tighten it well. The nebulizer is now ready to be pressurized
PRESSURIZING THE TANK
- connect the nebulizer via the air inlet tap to your compressed air system
- open the "air inlet" tap and pressurize the nebulizer to the desired pressure
PRODUCT DISPENSING
- open the "liquid outlet" tap where the hose with the lance was previously connected
- grip the lance firmly and act on its handle, taking care to direct the jet exclusively on the surface to be treated
- when the tank will still contain product but the pressure will be insufficient to spray it, repeat the operations
- when the reservoir will contain no more product and it is necessary to continue nebulizing, proceed by repeating the operations
