ASTON DB1 ACIDO NO FOAM is an acidic, nonfoaming detergent consisting of a mixture of inorganic acids with high descaling power. It is specifically for the removal of inorganic residues, such as limestone and milk stone, that are deposited in the equipment and molds of cheese processing and beverage production processes.
ASTON DB1 ACIDO NO FOAM finds use in the dairy industry and beverage bottling and is suitable for C.I.P. circuits.
C.I.P. circuit application mode:
- Rinse the system thoroughly to remove coarse residues.
- Circulate ASTON DB1 ACIDO NO FOAM diluted 1% to 3% depending on the dirt and type of system for 5 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue.
